Rates go up frequently by a decent amount, and if you think you're paying monthly guess again, they bill every 4 weeks giving them 13 months in a year so consider that if you plan to rent for more than a year.

Fast service, always very convenient. It's quicker and easier to open a locker in person. Their website has (or had) a few glitches while trying to reserve a unit.

Convenient storage location. Rented unit dated but maintained. Happy with Metro Storage and will continue to use for all our needs.
